Position: HR Intern

Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
2. Onboarding: Help coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.
3. Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
4. HR Administration: Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as preparing HR documents, updating policies, and handling employee inquiries.
5. Training & Development: Support the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.
6. Employee Engagement: Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations by assisting with audits and updating documentation as needed.
8. HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and employee satisfaction.
