The inspiration for the design came from realising one might use the space to host cyclists, mountain bikers, and other enthusiasts of the outdoors (from XC, to All Mountain to Enduro).
Tourists and athletes may learn more about the Piceno region thanks to a project proposal that outlines a set of interrelated steps toward marketing the region's trails, mapping them out, and drawing attention to them inside specialised digital applications.
The Ascoli Trail Area (ATA) project's goal is to improve the trail system in Ascoli Piceno and the surrounding towns so that it is more widely used and enjoyed by residents and visitors alike (Trekking, MountainBike).
As a region rich in artistic and architectural as well as naturalistic charms, the Piceno is a delight to explore and come to know, with roads and routes that are well suited to being traversed on foot, by bicycle, by visitors, hikers, and sportsmen.
However, in recent times, owing to a number of circumstances including seismic disasters in particular, this region has been severely wounded, with damage to buildings, services, and socio-economic activities, as well as a precipitous drop in the inflow of visitors.
Thus, it was decided to execute a series of combined measures aimed at redeveloping and strengthening the routes of the area, via a promotional and a mapping, so that hikers and sportsmen may utilise it independently and get the most out of it.
